The project included a new 40,000 SF classroom building with college-level science labs. The entire building was equipped with Smart Technology for teaching, and the internal corridors were lined with lockers and student lounge areas, accessing classrooms on two floors. The exterior student plaza contains built-in seat wall planters for lounging and a 70-foot breezeway for tie in to future buildings. The job was built on time in 14 months and under budget by 10%.
