Grossmont Hall was the renovation of a historic all-women's dormitory that was built in 1925. Renovation was completed on all three floors, including kitchens, lounges, residence halls, and restrooms. The scope of work included a completely new air conditioning and heating system in all rooms that encompassed a new mechanical yard for all new mechanical units. The exterior of the building was also reconditioned with a new paint job, new landscape, new sidewalk, new ADA accessible ramp, and new light poles.
