This was new construction of five new multi-family residential buildings (158 unit student housing, total SF – 100,451). The residential buildings each had a manager's office, community rooms, and laundry rooms. This was built on 743 acres of previously undeveloped property. Site work included street improvements, a new parking lot with 230 spaces, and a 2.2 acre storm water retention basin. The buildings were three-story maximum, wood frame/ stucco with an R-1 occupancy type.
