This project was a remodel of existing individual living units and existing office space in five separate single-story buildings within the Village apartments and 142 rooms in the University Place (UP) apartments. Renovations included demolition, wall relocation, interior finishes and fixtures, window replacement, door replacement, exterior painting, exterior roof fascia repair, and accessible parking and walks.
