California Hall: This was a total gut and remodel, including all new walls, bathrooms, structural bracings inside, site walk work, landscaping, HVAC systems, and ADA upgrades. All work was completed in four months.

Founders Hall: This was an interior remodel, including upgraded dorm rooms and bathrooms, new HVAC systems, remodeled lobby and offices, ADA elevator with lift, and light landscaping. All work was completed in four months.
