Tour CBU's New Health Science Campus

With 11 acres and almost 44,000 SF, this campus is ready to be put to good use! This campus houses a myriad of CBU’s academic programs, including fifteen different fields of study and a state of the art food service and dining space. This challenging project created a unique opportunity to use the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method, partnering with HMC Architects, Design West Engineering, Community Works Landscape Architects, Rick Engineering (Civil), and the CBU Facilities and Planning staff. The schedule for the project was complicated due to the high volume of work to be performed in 20 weeks, but the students were able to attend classes in the Fall on schedule.
