This project encompassed the new construction of a 21,706 square foot two-story wood-framed health and wellness club. The project scope included earthwork, site grading, on-site storm drain, on-site utilities, landscaping, and fire sprinklers. This project also included creating a children’s play area; a café; an outdoor patio/dining area; an indoor running track; and men’s and women’s saunas, showers, and locker rooms.
