New Trellis at Sanctuary Entry and Café Tenant Improvements
This project included construction of a new curved wood framed Entry way with CMU columns with stone veneers for the Sanctuary Entrance. Renovation of Sanctuary Lobby with all new storefront, lighting, and custom millwork finishes. East and West Hallways received new flooring throughout. Modification of an existing kitchen to become a new Café with new kitchen equipment, custom millwork and tile finishes with new lighting, storefront, and paint. Sanctuary Courtyard was upgraded to new concrete throughout with concrete seat walls, lighting, landscaping, tot area and privacy fence.
